ABOUT US We are a professional adoption agency for mixed breed puppies. Our 25 years experience has allowed us to develop a New concept in adoption, care, bonding and training. Victoria, our animal behaviorist, has been observing, training, and placing puppies for over 25 years. Her references are a reflection of her reputation. Heather, our adoption specialist, provides training, care and delivery of the puppies. All adoptions are by appointment only. We are based out of the Carolinas and have adoption and delivery available on the East coast. For West coast adoptions and other areas, please email us. We specialize in a limited number of puppies between 8-12 weeks, allowing us to maintain an accurate focus on proper care and training. The puppies arrive at Mustard Sandwich for various reasons, mostly in need of routine medical care, good homes and training. The puppies are then de-wormed, vaccinated, given flea and heartworm preventative, and any other needed care, groomed, and started on basic training. |
ABOUT DELIVERY TRIPS The pups travel together in a comfortable environment. They are not crated separately. It often takes us a while to travel up the coast, because we have to stop frequently to let the puppies go potty. They have a fine time traveling and sleep and play with their friends. |

Mustard Sandwich Mission The mission of Mustard Sandwich is to help rescued puppies find forever homes. Our focus is to provide the puppies with proper preventative care, including vaccinations and de-worming, as well as loving care. Our daily work with the puppies encourages socialization, bonding, and relaxation, resulting in well adjusted puppies that are ready to be cherished family members. Our goal is to provide a great adoption and training experience for both the puppies and the adoptive families. |
ABOUT OUR WORK The pups learn proper socialization, relaxation techniques, trust, schedules, cleanliness, housebroken, can walk off-leash and stay with you, come, sit, ride in cars crate-less, and no jumping or biting. Our theory is not allowing the development of bad behaviors. INSTEAD, encourage good behavior, relaxation, bonding and trust. All the pups are socialized in different environments, like beaches and parks, as well as with children and other animals, and anything we may encounter during our day. We train our puppies so their transition into your home is a pleasure for both you and the puppy. We provide individualized care and serve quality human grade, nutritious puppy food. The puppies are currently on Flint River Ranch, which can be ordered through our website. We help match you up with a pup that best fits your lifestyle. Once you have been approved for adoption and matched with a pup, you will receive our Training Guide, a Puppy Supply List, puppy-proofing tips for the home, and our homemade Puppy food recipe, so you may prepare for your new pups arrival. During the adoption you will be provided with information that will help you learn how to properly bond with your pup and continue on with the training. After the adoption, if you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you. You will learn a new training concept that will teach you how to keep your pup obedient and calm. You will be required to take a short course on continual care and training at the time of adoption. ALL PUPS COME WITH A WRITTEN HEALTH GUARANTEE AND RECEIVE TRAINING SUPPORT FOR 6 MONTHS We provide individualized care for each pup prior to adoption.
